Questionnaire

Before filling out this questionnaire, please make sure that you have read our Adoption Guidelines. 

We don’t want you to get any wrong impression. You have to fully understand the purpose of this questionnaire to avoid wasting both of our time and effort.

Process

As a responsible breeder we would want to know about you and your family in order to match you with the Boudreaux Poodle puppy that is best suited to your lifestyle and your home environment.

This Questionnaire brings us into perspective when it come to various requirements of both the puppy and his new pawrent or family. It serves as a guide to help us choose the best possible puppy and or litter that will best suit your lifestyle and needs. There are no right or wrong answers.

Short answers and a lack of enthusiasm is unlikely to paint a very appealing picture, so please take your time in completing each section. It is our experience that the most detailed and passionate applications will be offered a puppy than those with mostly one-line answers.

After receiving your application, it will be reviewed. At that time, if I have any questions or concerns I will contact you on Instagram, Facebook or email you for clarification. If you or your family is matched with any of our puppies, I will either let you know that i will be adding you to our wait-list OR I will send you an email right away with complete information and our bank details for the security deposit fee.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us, which is why we will never release your personal details to anyone for what ever kind of purpose or reason. We treat all of your personal information as confidential and keep it safe and secure and we only keep your details for our personal file once the puppy is re-homed.

As for your Boudreaux Poodle Puppy your Applications – We do not keep your application on file . It is up to “you” to get back into touch with us, if you see a litter or puppy available posted on our web page or on any of our social media accounts that you have an interested in. We have such a high volume of interest in our pups that it would be impossible for us to keep track or in touch with everyone expressing interest in obtaining one of our future litters.
