I’m Doug! I may be the second pup in my litter, but don’t let that fool you, I’ve got the biggest personality around! Even though I’m the smallest, I’ve got a whole lot of spunk and curiosity. I was the first one to start roaming around and exploring the world, because to me, there’s nothing more exciting than discovering new things!
Just like my siblings, I’m still a work in progress when it comes to potty training. But I’m learning fast and making progress every day! And when it comes to food, I’m not a picky eater at all. I’ve started on soaked kibbles and let me tell you, I enjoy it plain and simple. Eating is one of my favorite things to do, along with playing and cuddling, of course!

Here’s a fun fact: I was born on April 5th, just a few minutes before midnight, beating my two siblings into the world. But, as luck would have it, they were born just after midnight on April 6th! I know, it’s a bit confusing, but official documents can’t have different dates of birth for siblings. So, we all agreed to follow April 6th as our birthday. Today, May 5th, 2023 marks my first month since birth, and I’m feeling so proud and excited! To celebrate, we took this super cute photo of me, and I’m sure it’ll be a cherished memory for years to come.
About the photo above: I just wanted to clear something up about that photo…you see, I’m the adorable little fluffball in the back, and the handsome pup in front is my big brother Dylan. Our pawrents had a bit of a tough time taking my photo because I just can’t resist exploring everything around me! But don’t worry, I’m sure that one day they’ll be able to capture the perfect shot of me looking my cutest and most photogenic self. Someday, pawrents, someday!
Oh, and one more thing about the photos (2nd & 3rd)…I was only a month old at the time, so it’s definitely not my best angle. Plus, I’m still growing and developing more hair as I get older, so just wait and see how adorable and fluffy I’ll become! I’m sure that as I grow up, I’ll have plenty more photo ops to show off my cuteness and charm. Until then, I’ll just keep exploring and having fun!
Personality
As an adventurous puppy, I’m definitely looking for a family who shares my active lifestyle. I love nothing more than going for morning and afternoon walks, exploring the great outdoors, and having fun! However, as much as I adore kids, I have to admit that I might not be the best match for families with children who are 12 years old and below.
Being the smallest of my litter, I can be a little bit fragile and I wouldn’t want to accidentally get hurt during playtime. But for families with older kids or adults, I’m the perfect companion to join you on all your adventures.

Update
Doug has found his special place in the hearts of Darwin and Carlo, an extraordinary couple who previously adopted Laksa from us in 2019. They have proven themselves to be exceptional pawrents! As Doug eagerly awaits his second inoculation, we have made arrangements for him to join his new forever home, which is anticipated to be around the end of June. This marks an exciting new chapter in Doug’s life, filled with love and care from his new family.
