As we step into May, I wanted to share a warm update from Boudreaux Poodles about our journey into 2024.
Firstly, I want to extend a heartfelt apology for the delay in posting this update. The start of the year brought unexpected challenges, including a DDoS attack on our website, which consumed much of our time and focus. Despite these hurdles, we’re excited to finally connect with you and share the latest happenings at Boudreaux Kennel.
Website Woes and Resilience
At the start of the year, we faced a tough challenge with a DDoS attack on our website. Restoring it took time and effort, but we’re back online and ready to keep sharing our poodle passion with you. The process was a reminder of the resilience needed in this digital age, but it also reinforced our commitment to providing valuable content and experiences for our poodle community.
Poodle Pals and Plans
Many of you have been asking about new puppies. Currently, our poodles are enjoying their downtime, and we’re taking a careful approach to future breeding plans. However, one of the obstacles we’re currently encountering is the absence of our 2 of our kennel helpers, who hasn’t been able to return from the province due to family issues. This has resulted in a lack of help, which impacts our ability to proceed with breeding plans smoothly.
We want to ensure that the entire process, from planning to execution, is seamless and well-managed. That’s why we’re in the deciding phase right now, evaluating options for later in the year. It’s a decision that involves considering not just our passion for breeding but also the practical aspects of ensuring a nurturing environment for our poodles and their future litters.
Continuing the Poodle Journey
Despite the challenges, our love & passion for Poodles remains strong. Although I haven’t been active on Instagram due to my busy schedule, I appreciate all the messages and support from our poodle community. Your enthusiasm keeps us motivated, and I look forward to reconnecting with you on Instagram as soon as possible.
